Recipe: No-bake gluten free granola bars
Is there a certain food that you long for, that you miss? For me, it's granola bars. Even before my gluten intolerance, I searched high and low for a balanced granola bar recipe - not too sugary, not too bland. This recipe is easy to make, eco-friendly (no oven required), delicious, and healthy to boot. Eat it for breakfast, snack, or even dessert. It's portable and keeps well in the fridge or in your purse, book bag, or briefcase.
