Gluten causes GI symptoms in non-celiac individuals

In a study by J.R. Biesiekierski et al. "Gluten Causes Gastrointestinal Symptoms in Subjects Without Celiac Disease: A Double-Blind Randomized Placebo-Controlled Trial", investigators at the Monash University Department of Medicine and Gastroenterology have found evidence that gluten intolerance can cause gastrointestinal symptoms in non-celiac individuals.
